Situated within the Ostrogski Castle (17th C), the Chopin Museum (Muzeum
Fryderyka Chopina) is wholly dedicated to this most famous of Polish composers. It
contains Chopin's original music scores, correspondence, paintings along with souvenirs
focusing on Chopin. Besides the Ostrogski Castle museum, you will find a set of Chopin
exhibits at Chopin Salon (his final living quarters before departing for France in 1830)
and in Zelazowa Wola, a manor outside of Warsaw where Chopin was born in 1810.
